Add in the proper amount of water to the pot: Water Max Fill Line Fill the pot with water to the proper graduation mark or follow the 1 cup rice to 1 cup water rule (approximate) and adjust to taste. For example: for 45 cups of rice, add water on top of 45 cups of rice up to the 45 cups graduation mark indicated on the water ruler on the inner pot. -
