- Page 3 The Mint mPOS app lets you process transactions using your Mint mPOS reader and your smartphone or tablet. Before you can use the Mint mPOS app you need to set up your Mobile Us- ers. Even if you’re the only person using Mint mPOS in your business, you need to set yourself up as follows: Login to the Mint mPOS merchant portal.
- Page 4 Go to Bluetooth settings on your Smartphone/tablet and look for the Mint mPOS device. There will be 3 numbers following it. These are the last 3 digits of the serial number, which can be found on the back of the Mint mPOS Reader.
- Page 5 Log into the Mint mPOS app on your smartphone or tablet. Enter your username and PIN. Turn on your Mint mPOS reader and ensure it is connected to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth. Enter the transaction amount and press Pay. Press OK to confirm the amount.
