On (solid white)

Connects to Type-C devices.
Connects to an external display device.
Connect to USB devices.
Connects to devices with HDMI input such as a TV or an external
display.
When the computer is off, press this button to start the recovery system
(Reset this PC) or the BIOS setup utility, or to enter the boot menu.
