    ELECTRICAL SAFETY This appliance is equipped with a polarized plug in which 1 prong is wider than the other. This is a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock. The plug will fit into a polarized outlet only 1 way. If you are unable to insert the plug into the outlet, try reversing the plug.

    HOW TO OPERATE WARNINGS: • Switch the unit off, unplug and wipe immediately when any liquid splatters on the motor housing. • Make sure the mixer comes to a complete stop before ejecting or replacing attachments. • Never run the mixer for more than 3 minutes at a time. •...
  • Page 7 HOW TO OPERATE ATTACHMENTS: 1. Right and left beaters are interchangeable. As you face the bottom of the mixer, either beater will fit in either hole. 2. The dough hooks are NOT interchangeable. To operate correctly, the hook with the extra disc must go in the left hole (as you face the bottom of the mixer).

    CLEANING & CARE 1. Turn off and unplug the mixer. 2. Always allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning. 3. Eject the beaters/dough hooks and rinse after use. Wash the beaters/ hooks in warm soapy water. The beaters/hooks may also be washed in the dishwasher.
