Charging the Battery Due to shipment, the battery is partially drained when the package is delivered to you. Be sure to charge the battery to full when you are charging it for the first time. Caution: Do not charge the P78 via computer USB connection due to that the voltage output from computer USB is not enough to charge the device.

Slide the battery into the battery chamber. To restore the protective lid, make sure the lid is oriented as shown in the photo to the right. Align the top edge of the lid with the top of the opening. Press the lid firmly into place to ensure it is secured.
