Not able to control via artnet

b. Navigate to "Server"

c. Confirm the "Start Channel" matches the starting address for the Global layer in the patch on the console

d. Try to bring media up on the Axon from the console, if it does not work, continue to the next step.

4. Make sure the ArtNet subnet and universe is the same as the console's artnet output and universe

a. Open the CMA and navigate to the media server that is having the issue

b. Navigate to "Art-Net & I/O"

c. Confirm the ArtNet subnet and universe numbers

d. Make the console match what is in the CMA

e. Try to bring media up on the Axon from the console, if it does not work, continue to the next step.

5. Make sure the console is in the right IP address range and has the proper subnet mask of the Axon

a. If able to, put a router in the network to be the DHCP server. Set the Axon to receive an IP address via

DHCP and set the console to receive an IP address via DHCP.

b. Put the console in the same range as the Axon's IP address

c. Set the console's netmask to be the same as the Axon's netmask.

The Axon will default to a 169.254.###.### IP address and a class B (255.255.0.0) netmask

d. Try to bring media up on the Axon from the console, if it does not work, continue to the next step.
