Voice VLAN cannot be enabled on interface, if
interface is static member of the voice VLAN.

section (page 503) - – Voice VLAN cannot be
enabled on interface, if interface is static
member of the voice VLAN.
Clarifying in "interface switchport mode"
command that customer mode setting is part
