Can I run a 9 volt guitar pedal directly off of this device using the PD USB-C port, while using the AC outlet at the same time? I would be using a pd cable that is set for 9 volts with a reverse polarity so the center is negative. The exact pedal I would be using is 9V and 300ma, though the manufacture uses 500ma for their adapter. It is a Roland SPD::One Kick if that matters
