Troubleshooting Problem Solution My device will not connect Bluetooth is not on: On your smartphone go to Settings and to the humidifier. turn Bluetooth on, then follow the instructions on the Bluetooth section. The smartphone is out of range: Move the smartphone closer to the humidifier - depending on your surroundings, your device will stay connected up to 75 feet. -
