    PARTS IDENTIFICATION BEFORE FIRST USE CAUTION: Do not plug the product into an electrical outlet until it is fully assembled. Before using the product for the first time, unpack all packaging materials, disassemble the appliance and wash as follows: Remove the Blade Assembly from the Jar by turning the Blade Assembly counter- clockwise.

    HOW TO USE YOUR BLENDER Reinsert Gasket into Blade Assembly. Place the ingredients into blender jar, do not fill pass 590ML or 20OZ. Place the blade assembly onto the blender jar and turn clockwise to lock into place (see Fig. 1). NOTE: Never use hot liquids or run the appliance when empty.

(see Fig. 4) Hold the base and jar while blending to stabilize. The glass jar can be heavy and cause slight shaking depending on the ingredients.

    BLENDING TIPS • When blending ice, use up to five cubes at a time. Use the Pulse setting to break up the ice into small pieces before continuing. • Do not use the blender for mashing or grinding heavy foods (e.g., potatoes or meats) or to stir thick mixtures (e.g., dough).
