    1.3 Comprehensive description The CO Incubator is an experiment box product designed, developed and produced by RWD, and also an advanced type of equipment for cell, tissue and bacteria culture. The CO Incubator ensures stable internal temperature, stable carbon dioxide level, constant pH, and high saturated humidity by the precise control systems for temperature, carbon dioxide and humidity, that to make the normal growth of cells.

To prevent damages to the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment, please follow these instructions carefully.

     The responsibility for equipment failure arising from any improper cleaning, maintenance and operation of the equipment should be borne by the user.  If the equipment host is disassembled without the authorization of RWD, RWD will no longer fulfill its commitments for quality assurance and technical maintenance services to the equipment.

Product assembly and structure 3.1 Incubator Installation 3.1.1 Precautions before Installiation 1) At least 10 cm of clearance should be left behind the CO Incubator to allow the connection of electrical or gas supply devices to the equipment. In addition, at least 10 cm of ventilation clearance should be left on each side of the equipment.

    3.1.6 Install the access port filter 1) Find an access port in the upper left corner of the inner side of incubator chamber. 2) Find the plug with filter from the accessory kit. 3) Push the opening cover to the right in the incubator and insert the filter assembly into the opening.

    3.1.10 Filling of humidity pan 1) Add sterile distilled water to the humidity pan until its water level is no more than 2/3 of total distance from the top of humidity pan. Place the humidity pan directly in the center of the bottom of the CO Incubator.

    4-Operation Instruction 4.1 Initial start The incubator will be start up only while it was installed completed with the power and gas supply properly connected, and the humidity pan filled with water. Press power switch to start the equipment and enter the main operation interface as shown below.
