Victron Energy Quattro - Quick guide operation instructions- From 2011
Quattro Inverter/charger
The Victron Energy Quattro is a 3000va inverter with a 100amp battery charger capacity, which
is programmed by Avida for our battery configuration of 3 batteries totalling 300amp/h, the
charger is programmed to a max 60amp output.
The inverter will automatically detect a 240v input from either the onboard genset or 240v mains
and supply the motorhome 240v via 2 independent outputs (1), the inverter output circuit, to
GPO's and (2) mains output circuit, to roof A/C, hot water service, refrigerator and stove.
This document is designed a s a quick start operational guide of the Quattro system, for a
detailed guide to the operations and its full functions, please refer to the Victron Energy
operation manual.

Inverter Mode: - When not connected to 240V mains or generator. Operates GPO's but not Roof
Air Conditioner, Fridge or HWS due to their heating elements drawing high current.

  • Page 4 Note: To avoid damage to electrical systems, generators should never be started or shut down under load with appliances such as the roof a/c. Turn on the Quattro in the same manner as with the inverter and mains power modes Prime the generator and then press the start button Once 240v is recognised from the generator, charging status and battery voltage is displayed...
