Spring alignment wire 15. Mount a hitch arm mounting bracket to the axle bracket using two M8x25 carriage bolts, Ø 8 lock washers, and M8 hex nuts. Do not tighten yet. 16. Insert the lift handle down through the tine guard. Attach to the newly assembled hitch arm mounting bracket with an M8x20 hex bolt and M8 hex locknut.
• Lower the blade remover to the operating position using the lift handle. • Loosen the two hex nuts and carriage bolts that secure the rear of the hitch mounting arm to the hitch arm mounting brackets. • Adjust the tin guard until it is level and the front and rear spring teeth are in contact with the ground.
Maintenance 1. Before each use, check that all nuts and bolts are tight. 2. Lubricate the wheels as necessary. 3. If rust appears on guard or spring teeth, lightly sand and coat with enamel paint. 4. Always store in a dry area and coat exposed metal with light oil when not in use. If a part needs to be replaced, use only parts that meet the manufacturer's specifications.
