If you are attaching a flue pipe to the rear, the blanking plate will remain on top and the flue collar will simply bolt onto the rear with provided fittings and via the same method as above. HEARTH The whole Signature range is suitable for a 12mm free standing, non-constructional hearths - see diagram below, marked (b). This is allowed because each model’s base does not exceed 100°C. KW output. The whole Signature range has 100mm direct air feed inlets that can be connected to bring fresh air from the outside, directly into the fire. If the stove is drawing in air directly from the room, ensure the direct air spigot at the rear has at least 50mm gap from the back wall to ensure oxygen can freely flow into the fire. -

The Signature range has one simple easy to use and highly reactive air control. Turning this dial clockwise will decrease the airflow into the fire and turning this dial anti-clockwise will increase the air drawn into the fire… it’s that simple. The Signature range has an inner and outer shell and all the air being fed into the fire is funneled between these two layers. -

The Signature range has been recommended as suitable for use in smoke control areas when burning seasoned wood logs. This helps the wood burn more efficiently and also acts a cushion between the log and the brick itself. If a brick is split it will not need replacing and this could potentially happen at any point.
