The transportation company assumes full responsibility for safe delivery upon acceptance of the shipment. Immediately after unpacking the steamer, check for possible damage. If the steamer is found to be damaged after unpacking, save the packaging material and contact the carrier within 15 days of delivery.

Scale will bridge across the probe insulator from the metal extension which senses the water level in the boiler shell. Once this scale becomes wet, the water level control is unable to maintain the proper water level in the boiler.

Use a non-corrosive, grease dissolving commercial cleaner, following manufacturer’s directions. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry with a soft clean cloth.
