  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Steps 1 1. Place both Base Caps (10) at the bottom and top middle areas of the Base (9). Slide the the Long Pipe (4) and secure tightly. 2. Holding the Long pipe onto the base. Flip over and on the bottom of the base, place the Ring with small opening (7) and Screw (11) and tighten with wrench.
