Firmware Update

Firmware Update
• Before updating, please make sure the battery power is over
20%.
• Download the firmware file from www.lotoo.cn and copy it to the
<UPGRADE> folder on the SD card.
• Enter Settings, click on the software version, then follow the
instruction on the screen.

• The firmware update will not automatically delete files, but improper operations may
cause update failure. In exceptional cases, you may need to reformat the SD card;
therefore, please backup all the files on the SD card before updating.

Troubleshooting

In case of the following failures, please try to resolve them with
the notices.If the problem still exists, please contact our after-
sales service.
• Failure to boot
Low battery voltage makes boot unavailable. Please
recharge the battery and retry.
• No sound from headphones
The volume knob is set to minimum. Please adjust the
headphone volume.
The headphones have been damaged or in poor contact.
