Keep unit away from heated surfaces and open flames. 13. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocat- able power tap (outlet/power strip).

SAFETY FEATURES Polarized Plug Warning: This heater is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). The plug is in- tended to fit into a power outlet only one way, with the wide blade in the wide slot. This is a safety feature; if you are unable to insert the plug fully into the outlet, try reversing the plug.

ASSEMBLY Remove the heater body and base from box. Remove the packaging materials. 1. Lay the heater body on a level surface, and then unscrew the 2 butterfly screws from the bottom of the heater. 2. Align the base with the bottom of heater. 3.

MAINTENANCE 1. Unplug the unit and let it cool completely. 2. To keep the heater clean, the outer shell may be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. You may use a mild detergent if necessary. After cleaning, dry the unit with a soft cloth. CAUTION: DO NOT let liquid enter the heater.
