5. Guarantee

5.1 Provisions

You have a guarantee claim within a period of
two years for this carrycot. The period starts
with the delivery of the product by the distribu-
tor. Please keep your receipt as proof;
a complaint cannot be processed without an
invoice. The guarantee concerns all defects in
material and workmanship that are present at
the time the product is delivered.

The guarantee does not cover the following
points:
wear marks

consequences of improper use
°
consequences of excessive use or load
°
consequences of incorrect assembly
°
or repair
consequences of careless handling or a lack
°
of care and maintenance
consequential damages that result from
°
smaller, disregarded damages or defects
consequences of improper or independent
°
repairs or changes of the product without
prior approval of Naturkind
