    Refit Patch U7D/U7B is a type of patch that attaches to the chest, so you can check the health signal in real time by running smartphone application after turning it on. Therefore, you need to install the smartphone application (Happ+), disposable electrodes, connecting cables, and wireless dongle.

    The disposable electrode snaps are provided on the back of the main module and the power module, and the Refit Patch U7D/U7B is attached to the chest after fastening the disposable electrode.

    Connection Status Display 1. Find the power switch of the Refit Patch U7D/U7B on the side of power module. 2. Move the power switch to the side marked with the power ( ) icon to turn on the power. 3. If the modules are connected correctly, the beep sounds once briefly, the red LED on the main module lights up, the green LED starts blinking.

    Make sure that the connection cable is properly extended. Charging Refit Patch U7D/U7B Refit Patch U7D/U7B charges the power module. The power module has a built-in Li- Polymer rechargeable battery. You can charge using a smartphone charger with a 5-pin micro-USB socket structure.

    Battery life 1. If the Refit Patch U7D/U7B is used while the power module is fully charged, the ECG can be measured continuously for about 10/30 hours. 2. If you use an extended battery pack, you can measure ECG continuously for up to about 20/60 hours.

    How to Connect (Smartphone) Happ+ App Installation In order to use Refit Patch U7D/U7B, you need to install ‘Happ+’ application on your smartphone. Search ‘Happ+’ or ‘Solmitech’ in the Play store and install the app. Searching for Happ+ App 1. Click Play store icon ( ) on your smartphone and run it.
  • Page 11 3. Enter ‘Happ+’ or ‘Solmitech Happ+’ in the edit field and click Search icon. 4. Select ‘Happ+’ app from the list.

    Installing and running Happ+ Application 1. Select Happ+ application and click INSTALL. 2. Once a pop-up window appears asking whether install or not, click ACCEPT. If you have Android 6.0 or higher, installation will proceed without consent.
  • Page 13 3. Happ+ application will be downloaded and installed automatically. 4. You can launch the application by pressing the OPEN button on the screen or the Happ+ icon directly.
  • Page 14 5. Once you run Happ+ application, the initial splash window appears for 2 seconds and disappears. 6. For Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), you will be asked three permissions. All functionality must be allowed before the app will work.

    Refit Patch U7D/U7B and manage your measurement history. Real-time Monitoring Using the Refit Patch U7D/U7B and Happ+ app, you can simply monitor your ECGs at any time. The ECG signals show the balance of your heartbeat. Under normal condition, the signal appears uniformly.
  • Page 19 3. Once a Refit Patch U7D/U7B is connected to the Happ+, the measurement starts automatically. 4. When the health check is completed, you can check the measured ECG signal by dragging the ECG graph to the left or right.

    2. Once click the zoom in icon ( ), the amplitude of ECG signals will be increased by 20%. And if you click the zoom out icon ( ), it will be shown reversely. Heartrate You can check your health status by monitoring your pulse. At rest, the normal range of pulse for an adult is 60~100 times per minute.

Click the Record ( ) icon on the main window. 2. Press a record for over 1 second from the list, then a check box will appear on the left side of each record.
  • Page 24 4. Click the All box from the left-top of the screen to select or deselect all the records saved in your smartphone. 5. After selecting all the records you want to delete, touch the Delete ( ) icon. Then a window to confirm the deletion will pop up.

    5. Copy the measurement data files (RPD format) of the ‘DB’ folder to the PC, and check them through the ‘Refit Patch Viewer V1.x’ program on your PC.     How to use Refit Patch Viewer Import Measurement File There are two ways to import a measurement data file into the Refit Patch Viewer. One is to import the data file from the memory of your smartphone by connecting the smartphone to your PC through a USB cable and the other is to download the measurement data file from an e-mail directly.

    Export CSV File 1. Pressing the Export CSV ( ) button asks if you want to save the loaded file as a CSV file. 2. Click Yes to save, No not to save. 3. The data stored in the CSV file are the values of ECG signals, heartrates and stress levels.

    Print a Report 1. Press the Report ( ) button to display the measuring device, user information, maximum-minimum heart rate, average stress level, and number of event markers.

    Print a Report 1. Press the button on the Report screen to display the screen to select the printer. 2. If you select a printer to use, it will switch to the preview screen. 3. The preview screen shows the user information, ECG, HR, stress, event charts in the currently visible report window.

    Export a Report as PDF 1. From the report screen, click the button to export the report as a pdf file. 2. The exported pdf file is saved to the user's My Documents folder.

    Setting Options 1. You can set the options by clicking the Settings ( ) button. 2. Zoom On/Off enables and disables the buttons in the ECG screen. 3.     • Make sure that the Bluetooth feature of your smartphone is enabled. • Make sure that Refit Patch U7D/U7B’s power is ON. If the power does not turn on, please recharge the battery. • Check the LED operation status of the Refit Patch U7D/U7B.
