- Page 2 SECTION 1: CONNECTING THE ITSX/TSX 1. Locate the OBDII Diagnostic Port which usually located under the dashboard on the driver’s side. The port may be covered with a cap or located behind a compartment door labeled OBDII Diagnostic Port. If the OBDII is is covered or located behind a compartment door you will need remove the cap or open the cover for access to the port.
