behavior to LAN kit, when system power
off.

Use for configuring WDT function
behavior to LAN kit, when WDT
triggered.
0: Normal WDT reset (Default)
1: Force Bypass
Use for activating programming of LAN
kit. It is edge triggering (falling edge 1 to
0) and should be set to high(1) as its
normal state.
