HOW TO OPERATE • Before first use, run water through the coffee maker without a pod/ capsule. Next, wash all removable parts (see Cleaning & Care on page 9) and replace before brewing first cup. • Use only water in this appliance! Do not put any other liquids or foods in the reservoir. - Page 7 HOW TO OPERATE 4. Carefully insert a pod or the reusable coffee filter into the pod/capsule holder. (DO NOT peel the foil off cover of the pod!) 5. Place a cup/mug under the dispenser on the drip tray. 6. Close the top by pressing down on the handle until it clicks into place (the pod/ capsule will be punctured on top and bottom).

HELPFUL HINTS • For the best tasting coffee, tea or hot cocoa, we recommend using bottled or filtered water. We do not recommend using distilled or reverse osmosis water. • To brew into a tall cup/mug, remove the drip tray screen and place the tall cup/mug right on the drip tray base. -
