If you are familiar with operating a microprocessor support product with the logic analyzer, you need only this manual to set up and run the probe adapter (processor unit and probe head).

Logic Analyzer Configuration To use the preprocessor unit and probe head to acquire most signals, you need a Tektronix logic analyzer with four merged 450 MHz TLA7AX4, , logic analyzer modules.
