• Keep the scale in a dry place to protect electronic components.
• Clean the scale with a damp cloth after use. Do not use solvents or immerse the product in water.
• Avoid overloading the scale; otherwise, permanent damage may occur.
• Do not disassemble the scale, except to replace the battery.
• Do not store the scale in an upright position when not in use, as this will drain the battery.
• Avoid excessive impacts or vibrations on the unit, such as dropping it on the ground or
throwing objects on it.
• Carrying some metallic material inserted in your body may cause alterations in the measurements of
the body fat reading.
• Pacemaker users are advised not to use this device.
• The precision of the data provided by the scale can be altered in the following cases:
- High levels of alcohol
- High levels of caffeine or drugs
- After intense sports activity
- During an illness
- During pregnancy
- After heavy meals
- In the presence of dehydration problems
- If your personal data (height, age, gender) have not been entered correctly
- If your feet are wet
- People with a swollen leg
