    The adjustment lever is located on the left side of the steering column. To adjust the steering wheel: 1. Pull the lever down. 2. Move the steering wheel up or down and in or out to a comfortable position. 3. Pull the lever up to lock the steering wheel in place.

    The vehicle may have a compass display on the Driver Information Center (DIC). The compass receives its heading and other information from Global Positioning System (GPS) antenna, StabiliTrak, and vehicle speed information. Avoid covering the GPS antenna for long periods of time with objects that may interfere with the antenna's ability to receive a satellite signal.

    The gauge moves a little while turning a corner or speeding up. The gauge takes a few seconds to stabilize after the ignition is turned on, and goes back to empty when the ignition is turned off. This gauge measures the temperature of the vehicle's engine.

    Use the DIC buttons located in the center of the instrument panel to access different displays. The DIC displays trip, fuel, vehicle system information, and warning messages. It also shows the shift lever position, the odometer, and the direction the vehicle is driving.

    6-18 Infotainment System The range for most AM stations is greater than for FM, especially at night. The longer range can cause station frequencies to interfere with each other. Static can occur when things like storms and power lines interfere with radio reception. When this happens, try reducing the treble on the radio.
