If the keyboard is set to "lock" it will cause a problem. Your keyboard should already be set to "floating" but in
case it isn't, follow these steps:

- Page 4 5. Touch change your account password. 6. Enter your current password and then touch next. 7. Change your password then touch next (leave all values blank/empty if you do not want a password).
