Connect the included AC adapter to the DC jack located on the
back of the unit and connect the other end to a compatible wall
outlet.
Replacing and Installing Clock

Backup Battery

The unit comes with 1 CR2032 back-up battery installed to
provide continuous clock settings in the event of a power failure.
Remove the battery pull tab before use. The battery compartment
is located on the bottom of the unit, and you might change the
backup battery yourself.
1. Please make sure the AC
adaptor is connected,
otherwise all settings
may be lost during battery
replacement.
2. Use a screwdriver to remove the battery compartment cover
located on the bottom of the unit.
3. Remove exhausted battery. Insert 1 CR2032 battery checking
that the + side is facing you. Replace the compartment door. Do
not over tighten.
WARNING:
• Be sure that the battery is installed correctly.
• Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommend
are to be used.
• Do not dispose of the battery in fire, the battery may explode
or leak.

GENERAL OPERATION

button to turn the unit On.

button repeatedly to select different

operating mode: DAB, FM, Bluetooth, USB or AUX-IN.
• Standby mode: Press and hold the
seconds during any operating mode, the unit will enter
standby mode.
Note on ECO design: the unit turns to Standby mode automatically
if it is not providing the main functions or inappropriate for the
intended use for 15 minutes during any operating mode (except
for FM mode).
SETTING THE CLOCK
1. Press and hold the SNOOZE/DIM/TIME SET button for 2 seconds
until the clock display flashes to set the time.
2. Select a value for each parameter in turn by using "
"
" buttons and then press SNOOZE/DIM/TIME SET button to
confirm and move on to the next parameter.
Note: The time can also be updated automatically. With auto-
update, the time is automatically synchronized with national time
signals broadcast over DAB and FM (when available).
SETTING AND USING ALARMS
This unit features dual alarms which can be set to different times
and alarm sources. Each alarm can use a buzzer or a selection
from DAB or FM station for the alarm sound, an active alarm is
indicated by an Alarm icon " " or „ „ on the display.
1. Press and hold the ALARM button for 2 seconds until time
display and alarm icon flash.
