ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY YOU WILL NEED: Gloves Knife Hammer Tape measure Safety Hat Electric Screw Driver Ladder STEP 1 Position the Top Panel (B) between the pergola’s legs, clip over and then securely fasten with 6x screws (E). - Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY STEP 2 Clip the screen housing (A) to the top panel (B) and securely fasten with 4x screws (F).
- Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY STEP 3 Unscrew the 90° angled profile from right panel (C).
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY STEP 4 Position the 90° angled profile onto the vertical pergola leg ensuring it is positioned as illustrated. The angled profile needs to be aligned with the inner side of the pergola leg. Securely fasten with screws (E).
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY STEP 5 Unscrew the 90° angled profile from left panel (D).
- Page 9 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY STEP 6 Position the 90° angled profile onto the vertical pergola leg ensuring it is positioned as illustrated. The angled profile needs to be aligned with the inner side of the pergola leg. Securely fasten with screws (E).
- Page 10 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY STEP 7 Pull down the screen and slide the zippers attached to the canvas in to the plastic guide rail of part C and D respectively.
- Page 11 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY STEP 8 Once the screen is attached to the side panels (C & D), position vertically against the legs of the pergola.
- Page 12 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY STEP 9 Securely re-fasten side panels (C & D) to each of the 90° angled profiles.
- Page 13 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY STEP 10 Test your pull down screen by simply pulling the screen down and lifting it back up.
