Instructions

1. Make sure the battery and electrode connection are tightened securely.
Prepare a clean cup with a sample you want to analyze and press the "ON" button
2.
3. Insert the meter in the liquid. Make sure you do NOT PASS THE IMMERSION LINE.
Stir gently and wait until the measurement is completely stable (30 seconds) and press "HOLD"

5. Read the Salt (EC/TDS) value on the display and make a note.
Clean the electrode with fresh water, put the protective cap back on and press "OFF"
6.
7. Add a few drops Meytec® KCl Storage Solution to protect the Salt (EC/TDS) electrode from drying.

Calibration

Standard Calibration
Use only 12.88mS/cm
1. The Salt (EC/TDS) Meter automatically detects the correct Value of the Calibration Solution!
2. Always start with 12,88mS/cm
3. Prepare fresh (EC/TDS) conductivity standard in a clean cup. Insert the meter and stir gently.
4. Wait until the measurement is completely stable
Press the "MODE/CAL" button for 6 seconds.
5.
6. The screen will flash 3 times with the (EC/TDS) value
7. SALT (EC/TDS) Meter is now calibrated correctly.

Maintenance

Never clean the Salt (EC/TDS) electrode, only rinse it with fresh water or soak it in KCl Storage Solution for 24h.
✓
Only change the electrode with the Original Meytec® Replacement Salt (EC/TDS) Electrode (Ref: GT200S-SE)
✓
Change the batteries when the Low-battery indicator informs you.
✓
Store the Salt (EC/TDS) Meter in a dark and dry place, out of reach of children.

Troubleshooting

✓
Calibration does not work anymore or does not detect calibration solution: Soak 24h in KCl Storage Solution, no result: replace the Salt (EC/TDS)
electrode.
✓
Wrong, inaccurate reading: Try to calibrate on 2 points and soak in KCl storage solution for 24h.
✓ RESET the Salt (EC/TDS) meter: Turn the meter OFF, press and hold "HOLD/TEMP" and "MODE/CAL" button simultaneously, now press "ON/OFF"
and release all 3 buttons simultaneously.
✓
When changing batteries or changing Electrode, always close and tighten the meter perfectly. Water damage is not covered by warranty.

Instructions
Assurez-vous que la connexion de la batterie et de l'électrode est resserrée en toute sécurité.

2. Préparer une tasse propre avec un échantillon pour analyser et appuyer sur le bouton "ON"
Insérer le testeur dans le liquide. Ne Passez jamais le LIGNE D'IMMERSION MAX.

4. Remuer doucement et attendre que la mesure soit complètement stable et appuyez sur "HOLD"
Lisez la valeur Salt (EC/TDS) sur l'écran et prenez note.
5.
Nettoyer l'électrode avec de l'eau propre, remettez le bouchon de protection et appuyez sur "OFF"
6.
Ajoutez quelques gouttes de solution de stockage KCl de Meytec® pour protéger l'électrode.

Étalonnage
Calibration standard
Utiliser uniquement 12.88mS/cm
1. Le Testeur Sel (EC/TDS) détecte automatiquement la valeur correct du Tampon EC.
2. Commencez toujours par EC 12.88mS/cm
Préparer une solution d'étalonnage de pH fraîche dans une tasse propre.
3.
4. Insérez le testeur Sel (EC/TDS) et remuer délicatement.
5. Attendez que la mesure soit complètement stable
6. Appuyez sur le bouton « MODE/CAL » pendant 6 secondes.
L'écran clignotera 3 fois avec la valeur de Sel (EC/TDS)
7.
8. Le Sel (EC/TDS) Mètre est maintenant étalonné correctement.
Entretien
✓ Ne jamais nettoyer l'électrode Sel (EC/TDS), ne le rincer avec de l'eau ou le tremper dans la solution de stockage KCl pour 24h.
✓ Ne changez l'électrode qu'avec l'électrode Sel (EC/TDS) originale remplacement de Meytec® (Réf : GT200S-SE)
✓ Changez les piles lorsque l'indicateur à faible batterie vous informe, déchiré le Sel (EC/TDS) Mètre dans un endroit sombre, sec, hors de portée des
enfants.
Dépannage
✓ L'étalonnage ne fonctionne plus : Trempez dans la solution de stockage KCl pendant 24h, si aucun résultat: remplace l'électrode Salt (EC/TDS).
✓
Mauvaise lecture inexacte: Essayez de calibrer sur 2 points et tremper dans la solution de stockage KCl pour 24h.
✓
RESET le Salt (EC/TDS) mètre: Éteignez le mètre, appuyez et maintenez le bouton "HOLD/TEMP" et "MODE/CAL" simultanément, maintenant
appuyez sur "ON/OFF" et relâchez les 3 boutons simultanément
✓
Lorsque vous changez de piles ou de changement d'électrode, fermez toujours et serrez parfaitement le compteur.
