ELEMENTS INSTALLED ELEMENTS INSTALLED HIGH PRESSURE PUMPS The output pressure of the high pressure pumps should be constant at 80 bars. The gauge (A) installed on the pump is for monitoring the output pressure of the pump. Due to wear on the gun nozzles, a drop in pressure may be experienced. This can be corrected by the pressure regulating valve (B).
  • Page 54 ELEMENTS INSTALLED PRODUCT DOSING PUMPS Product dosing pumps suck the product from the containers and dose it with the frequency, flow rate and pressure required by the jet wash. BLEEDING THE PRODUCT DOSING PUMPS It is important not to let the product container get empty. Leave it at least 4 centimetres deep otherwise the dosing pump will need bleeding.
