Alle Auflageflächen des Kleiderständers müssen gut auf dem Boden aufliegen, damit der Kleiderständer auch wirklich stabil steht, und nicht umkippen kann. Gewichte, Gegenstände und Lasten müssen immer gleichmäßig und ausgewogen auf dem Kleiderständer verteilt werden, da die Stabilität und damit auch die Sicherheit des Kleiderständers durch einseitige oder ungleichmäßige Belastung der Platte beeinträchtigt werden kann.
