4498 Post Installation Procedure
Descrizione
Colonna per barriere a raggi infrarossi attivi
per esterno, destinata ad alloggiare diversi
gruppi ottici trasmettitori e ricevitori.
La sua forma semicilindrica permette di
orientare i fasci dei gruppi ottici su un intero
arco di 180° e lo schermo nero trasparente
ai raggi infrarossi consente di mascherare
la dislocazione dei gruppi ottici per impedir-
ne l'esatta individuazione.
Un robusto profilato in alluminio oltre a dare la
richiesta rigidità che consente il fissaggio della
colonna a parete o su putrella o l'abbinamento
con un'altra colonna per consentire una prote-
zione a 360°, provvede a fornire delle guide di
fissaggio alle apparecchiature contenute.
Il coperchio in alluminio è provvisto di fessure
di aerazione per evitare condensa di vapore
acqueo ed è studiato per compensare la dila-
tazione dello schermo nero in presenza di
temperature elevate.

Description
The 4498 Post for outdoor active infrared
barriers is suitable for installing various
transmitting and receiving optical units.
Its semi-cylindrical shape allows to aim the
beams of the optical units over a whole 180°
arch. The black, transparent to infrared rays,
screen allows to hide the optical units.
A sturdy aluminum profile allows the post
to be mounted on walls or I-beams, as well
as to be coupled with another Post for 360°
protection.
The aluminum cover is provided with venti-
lation slots to avoid the formation of steam
condensate. It has been designed to com-
pensate the expansion of the black screen
in high temperature conditions.
