Using the Heart Rate Mode

sensors as much as possible, and exert pressure evenly.
2) The screen should display "PULSE". The heart icon will flash
when a heartbeat is detected — keep fingers firmly pressed to
the sensors.
3) The heart rate value will display and update in real time as
your fingers remain pressed to the sensors.
NOTE: Under cold or dry weather, rub fingers before measuring pulse.
NOTE: In Heart Rate mode, if no heart rate is detected for
10 seconds, the watch will return to the previous screen
automatically. For best results, ensure the watch is secured to the
wrist for at least five minutes to allow for the sensors to adjust to
body surface temperature.
