    V28B Chapter 2 Hardware Installation 2-4 IDE1 IDE2 and FDD The mainboard has a 32-bit Enhanced IDE controller that provides PIO mode 0-4, Bus Master, and Ultra DMA 33/66 function. It has two HDD connectors IDE1 (primary) and IDE2(secondary). You can connect up to four hard disk drives, CD-ROM and other devices to IDE1 and IDE2.

    V28B Chapter 3 BIOS Setup 3-5 DRAM Settings The first chipset settings deal with CPU access to dynamic random access memory (DRAM). The default timing have been carefully chose and should only be altered if data is being lost. Such a scenario might well occur if your system had mixed speed DRAM chips installed so that greater delays may be required to preserve the integrity of the data held in the slower memory chips.
