Table Lamp

CAUTION: A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury
resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
 To avoid a circuit overload when using this lamp, do not operate another high-wattage
product on the same electrical circuit.
 Avoid the use of an extension cord because the extension cord may overheat and cause a
risk of fire. However if you have to use an extension cord, the extension cord should be
rated for 13 amps, 125V, 1625 watts.
 The power supply cord must be arranged so that it will not drape over a countertop,
tabletop, or walkway where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over accidentally.
ELECTRIC POWER
If the electric circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your lamp may not operate properly.
The lamp should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other operating appliances.
POLARIZED PLUG
This lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature to
reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one
way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
SAFETY WARNING
Although your Table Lamp is easy to operate, for your safety, the warnings below must be
followed:
1. Do not place the lamp near a heat source.
2. Always place on a stable, level, solid surface.
3. Never leave the lamp unattended for long periods of time while connected to the electrical
outlet.
4. Do not unplug the lamp by pulling on the power supply cord.
5. The lamp must be unplugged:
A. Before any cleaning or maintenance.
B. If it appears to be faulty.
