HERMOSTAT
Popis
Thermostat TH 473 is made as one unit. Sensor and
the electrical switch system are assembled, adjusted
and enclosed in the thermostat body. To install it, use
thread M 22x1.5 on the thermostat body and hexagon
head OK 27. Connecting terminals are flat pins 6.3 x
0.8 mm that are electrically insulated from the
thermostat body. Thermostat head with flat pins is
connected permanently
Thermostat is supplied with sealing ring diameter
22x27.
Installation
Installation and connecting of thermostat into electrical
circuit can be done only by qualified person.
Installation needs to done according to following
recommendations:
• Thermostat will fastened to an opening with
thread M22x1,5 that must be connected with
grounding electrode, using wrench No. 27,
moment of maximum 50 Nm. Screwing and
fastening must not be done by griping of flat pins
on head of switch.
• Fastening thread is M22x1,5 6h
• Connecting to electrical circuit is performed using
flat pins connection size 6,3x0,8 according to
ČSN EN 61 210.
• Thermostats should be built into equipment
designated by this manual (appliance class I) in a
way that clamps are under non removable case

Application
Thermostat cannot be used as a main switch.
Thermostat TH 473 is designed along with other
devices to maintain water temperature in solid non
flow through water boilers its nominal voltage in circuit
operated by TH is 100 mV. Any working position of
thermostat is suitable. Other use needs to be
consulted with manufacturer. After installation of TH
please adhere to instructions in the manual of
appliance that TH is installed in.
Influence on other products
As a result of contacts activity, short-term fluctuation
of voltage on contacts occurs that is superposed in a
shape of wave of power supply.

TH may be stored in enclosed ventilated spaces in the
temperature range of 0–40 °C with relative humidity of
max. 80 %. Protect the thermostats from impacts.

Take the product to a scrap yard.
Possible minor faults and their removal
The thermostat may be repaired only by the
manufacturer.
Warranty
According to the current law unless otherwise agreed.
The manufacturer will refuse the warranty if the device
has been damaged:
• during transport and storage by the purchaser or
his customers
• during
assembly
purchaser's or his customer's appliance.
• during incompetent handling and installation in
another appliance than stated in the manual.
• if the thermostat was in a different environment
than stated in the manual.
