PROCESS PARAMETERS
There are adjustable timers for the steps of the process. These timers can be combined in
multiple ways to operate the machine.
Wash Soak Time- The time the basket is soaked in the solvent. A value of zero will cause this
step to be skipped.
Wash Ultrasonic Time- The time the ultrasonic transducers will operate. The recirculation
pumps do not operate when the Sonics are enabled. A value of zero will cause this step to be
skipped.
Vapor Soak Time - The time the basket is allowed to dwell in the vapor after the ultrasonic
step. A value of zero will cause this step to be skipped.
Dry Time - The time the basket is held in the cold freeboard region. This can be used for
nominal parts cooling.
WARNING:
Due to the low temperature in this region, excessive
cooling time could result in condensation on the parts after removal from the machine. A time
of zero will result in the basket passing directly through the freeboard region.
NOTE: The combined time for Wash Soak/Wash Ultrasonic must be a minimum of 20
seconds.
NOTE: The Vapor Soak and Dry Times also have an individual minimum of 20 seconds
each.
OPTIONAL FEATURE – OSCILLATION:
First Oscillation Time - The time the basket is oscillated for the first step of the process. A
value of zero will cause this step to be skipped. If this option is not installed the timer area will
display N/A.

Oscillation Time - The time the basket is oscillated for the second step of the process
(Ultrasonication). A value of zero will cause this step to be skipped. If this option is not
installed the timer area will display N/A.
Total Immersion Time – This is the total oscillation time combined between the two steps of
the oscillation. If this option is not installed the timer area will display N/A.
Note: a process must include at least one soak time greater than zero.
