SABRE Module
The SABRE Module offers a quick Bluetooth
mobile access upgrade for legacy readers with
a Hirose connector.*
Remove the mounting screw at the bottom of
the reader.
Position the SABRE module (with logo up),
onto the Hirose connector and press firmly
to make a connection.
Once the screw is removed pull the reader out
and up to remove it from the wall mount bracket.
Once a connection is made between the Hiroshi
connectors, the module will start to receive power
and within 5 seconds will be operational.
The Hirose connector is hidden behind black
electrical tape. By peeling the tape the
connector will become accessible.
With the SABRE module connected, re-mount
the reader onto the wall and reinsert the
mounting screw.
The SABRE module has a matching Hirose
connector that will plug into the host reader.
Open the Safetrust Wallet APP and select Admin
Installer tab. Make sure your system admin has
set you up with this role).
