M.2 solid-state drive, ensure that the M.2 solid-state drive is installed into slot

Replacement procedure
1. Disable the built-in battery. See "Disable the built-in battery" on page 27.
2. Turn off the computer and disconnect the computer from ac power and all connected cables.
3. Close the computer display and turn the computer over.
4. Remove the bottom door. See "Bottom door" on page 28.
5. Remove the M.2 solid-state drive:
a. Open the Mylar film that covers the M.2 solid-sate drive
b. Remove the screw that secures the M.2 solid-state drive
c. Carefully pull the drive out of the slot

and then the drive pivots upward.
