WS-10-01 - Isolating for 208 V version only

The transformer changes the supply voltage of the control circuit into the desired
operating range for the controller and other components.
The supply voltage as shown is taken from a single phase supply or from the phase-to-
phase voltage of a 3-phase supply.
The instrument circuit is modified as follows.
