NOTE
While the microwave is defrosting, time can
be increased or decreased. Adjusting the
defrosting time does not affect selected weight
or quantity.
WEIGHT DEFROST
The time and defrosting power are adjusted
automatically once the weight is programmed.
The maximum defrosting weight that can be
set is 1800g.
FOR EXAMPLE: To defrost 600g of Chicken
1. Place the 600g of frozen chicken to be
defrosted into the microwave and press the
DEFROST button twice.
2. Turn the TIME/WEIGHT dial to select the
600g weight.
3. Press START/+30 SEC button.
NOTE
During defrosting program, the system will
pause and sound beeps to remind user to turn
food over, and then press START/+30 SEC to
resume the defrosting.
CHILD LOCK
Use to prevent unsupervised operation of the
oven by little children. The CHILD LOCK
indicator will show up on the display screen;
the oven cannot be operated while the CHILD
LOCK is set.
To set the CHILD LOCK: Press and hold the
STOP/CANCEL button for 3 seconds, a beep
sounds and the LOCK indicator illuminates on
the display.
To cancel the CHILD LOCK: Press and hold
the STOP/CANCEL button for 3 seconds until
lock indicator on display goes off.
SYSTEM PROTECTION
During cooking, the system will detect
whether there is an error. If there is an error,
for example, the sensor was to short circuit or
if there is an open circuit, the system will stop
automatically with the display showing E-1 and
the oven will beep every two seconds until the
STOP/CANCEL button is pressed.

AUTO COOK
NOTE
The Auto Cook Menu selections can only be
selected by turning the Time/Weight dial
anti-clockwise.
This microwave oven comes pre-programmed
with 8 auto cook menus.
When using any of the auto cook menus, only
the quantity or weight of the item needs to be
selected as the power level and duration for
cooking is automatic.
To select from the auto cook menu, press
the AUTO COOK button, turn the TIME/
WEIGHT dial until the menu item desired is
displayed, press the START/+30 SEC button.
Turn the TIME/WEIGHT dial to choose the
assigned weight or quantity of the item to be
cooked. The oven begins cooking once the
START/+30 SEC button is pressed.
FOR EXAMPLE: to cook 150g of porridge.
1. Press the AUTO COOK button , turn the
TIME/WEIGHT dial until 06 is displayed,
press START/+30 SEC button.
2. Turn the TIME/WEIGHT dial until the
weight of 150g is indicated on the display.
3. Press START/+30SEC dial to commence
cooking.
Auto Cook Menu
1. For beverage and potato, the screen will
show the number of servings instead of
food weight when turning the TIME/
WEIGHT dial anti-clockwise.
2. The result of auto cooking depends on
factors such as fluctuation of voltage,
the shape and size of food, your personal
preference as to the doneness of certain
foods and even how well you happen to
place food in the oven.
3. For Pasta, add boiling water before cooking.
