- Page 4 Attach axle bracket (F) to bottom of handle using a bolt (N) pushed through the hole closest to tray. Push second bolt (N) through hole in bottom of tray brace (I) then through handle (using hole closest to wheelguard) and finally through axle bracket. Attach loosely with nuts (O).
