Industrial high velocity fan

2. introduction
High velocity fan suitable for movement of huge volumes of air.
Features new patented design whereby blades internally oscillate
safely within the fan body, enabling the fan to cover more than
twice the area of a non-oscillating model. carefully balanced
blades provide constant airflow to complete area, whereas a
standard oscillating fan covers only 1/4 of the area at any one time.
three-speed power selection with switchable oscillation control.
robust cradle stand enables secure positioning. suitable for use in
industrial, commercial, agricultural, automotive workshop and
showroom applications.

4.1.
Assemble the stand by inserting the short tubes on each side of the fan into the stand tubes. ensure the buttons pop up through the
holes to lock them into place. (See fig.1).
5. oPeration
warning! ensure that you read, understand and apply safety instructions in section 1 before using fan.
5.1.
check that the speed control is set to "0" (off) and then plug into the mains power supply and switch the power on.
5.2.
the fan features 3 speeds which are selectable using the switch located at the back of the fan above the motor.
1 or 2 settings will suit most needs, 3 is used for maximum air movement.
5.3.
use the switch on the side of the motor to turn the oscillation function on and off, see fig.2.
5.4.
Adjust the direction of the air flow by moving the base from side to side and tilting the fan up or down.
5.5.
When you have finished using the fan ensure you turn the speed control switch to "0" (off) and disconnect the fan from the mains
power.
6. Maintenance
warning! ensure that the fan is disconnected from the mains power supply before attempting any of the following:
6.1.
use a soft, damp cloth to clean the fan. do not immerse the fan in water and never allow water to drip onto the motor housing.
do not use solvents, petroleum, paint thinner or other chemicals to clean the fan.
6.2.
to clean the fan blade, undo the six screws around the circumference, remove the front cover and clean the blade with a slightly damp
cloth. replace the front grille and refit the six screws.
6.3.
should the motor, switch or the power lead require service or maintenance contact your local service agent.
6.4.
When not in use place the fan in its original box or otherwise cover to protect from dust, and store in a safe, dry, childproof location.
