WARRANTY:
The warranty is granted for a period of 24 months (it may be longer for some
products) from the date of product purchase. The warranty is valid only with the
original warranty card and proof of purchase in the form of a receipt/bill/invoice.
LABESTO's warranty covers factory defects In materials or workmanship, detected
during the warranty period. Defects disclosed during this period will be removed free
of charge at the expense of the guarantor within 14 days from the date of notification.
In special cases related to the necessity to order replacement parts, the repair
period may be extended to a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery of the
product to an authorised LABESTO service centre. The exceptions are power
supplies, batteries, remote controls, holders mounted in devices for which the
manufacturer provides a warranty for a period of 6 months. LABESTO's warranty
covers all costs related to the restoration of the defective product to a condition
corresponding to its original properties, by repairing or replacing damaged parts. By
a decision of LABESTO, instead of repair, the product may be replaced with a new
one. The product picked up from the consumer by dedicated transport must be
properly secured for the transport. The warranty covers only products used in Home
conditions. It does not apply in the event of improper use, negligence or non-
observance of the operating instructions. The warranty expires in the case of
unauthorised interference, unauthorised repairs, damages made in transport
through the fault of any carrier. It does not cover activities provided for in the user
manual, i.e. installation, cleaning and maintenance, replacement of wear parts
subject to normal wear and tear in accordance with the intended use of the product,
i.e. filters, light bulbs, batteries.
The warranty does not cover:
- Professional or commercial use - damage caused by random events such as fire,
flood, lightning, power surge, etc.
- destruction of glass or porcelain parts
- damage or dysfunctions caused by incorrect supply voltage or frequency.
- damage resulting from use not in accordance with the instruction manual
- damage caused by overloading/overheating the device.
CONSUMER RIGHTS:
Consumer Rights LABESTO's warranty does not affect consumer rights.
These rights cannot be cancelled or restricted. This warranty does not exclude, limit
or suspend the rights of the buyer arising from the provisions of the statutory
warranty for defects in the goods sold.
FILING A COMPLAINT:
In the event of irregularities in the operation of the device, please contact the
LABESTO service department for your country. Contact infor for the LABESTO

In the case of an unjustified complaint, the service centre may charge you with the
cost of evaluation and logistics.
