BATTERY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING! Battery contains Lithium-ion which is dangerous. Handle with care to avoid damage, fire, corrosion or personal injury.
Charge battery prior to its first use. The battery will have been shipped in a low charge state. To reduce the risk of burns or fire:

DO NOT Attempt to open, disassemble, modify or service the battery pack.

DO NOT Crush, puncture, short external contacts or dispose of in fire or water.

DO NOT Expose to temperatures above 40°C (104°F).

Replace only with the battery pack designated for this product.

Use only the supplied charging base provided to charge the battery.

DO NOT attempt recharging the battery by means of an engine generator or a dC power source.

2. INTRODUCTION
Powerful, compact, cordless impact wrench with electronic variable speed trigger. Forward, reverse and trigger lock control integrated
into housing for ease of use. Features a reliable motor which provides higher torque and efficiency, requiring less maintenance. Integral
LED light illuminates work area when in use. Model CP6011 requires Model No. CP60BP 14.4V 2Ah Lithium-ion battery and Model No.
CP60MC battery charger.

4. CHARGING
4.1.
BATTERY PACK REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT
4.1.1.
Switch the machine off before removing the battery pack.
4.1.2.
Press the battery latches in and withdraw the battery pack (fig.1).
4.1.3.
To replace the battery pack, push the stem into the wrench until the
latches engage. The battery pack can only be inserted in the
correct orientation.
4.2.
BATTERY CHARGING
Batteries that have been out of use for some time or are new may not
accept a full charge. This is not a battery fault; the battery may need
to be discharged and charged a couple of times to restore full capacity.
4.2.1.
Connect the charger to the electric power supply. A flashing green
led will show.
4.2.2.
Insert the battery into the charger (fig.2). A steady red light will show.
4.2.3.
When the battery is 80% full, the green LED will flash.
4.2.4.
When fully charged, a steady green LED will show.
4.2.5.
The battery is ready for use.

5. OPERATION
5.1.
USING THE WRENCH
5.1.1.
Fit the socket to the wrench by snapping it onto the square drive.
NOTE: Use only impact grade sockets.
5.1.2.
Fit the battery pack to the wrench by aligning the tongue on the battery with the groove in the housing and slide into place.
Ensure that the battery pack is firmly located, A click will be heard when it has locked into position.
5.1.3.
Select the required direction of rotation. To change direction, turn the direction control (fig.3) to the left or right. DO NOT attempt to
change the direction of rotation whilst trigger is depressed.
5.1.4.
Speed can be controlled by varying the finger pressure on the trigger. Initial pressure will switch on the worklight.
5.1.5.
When tightening, take care not to over-torque small fixings.
NOTE:
on critical fixings always check the torque with a torque wrench according to the product or vehicle manufacturer's
guidelines.
