Slide the Rotisserie Forks through each side of the Rotisserie/Kebab Rod, so that they puncture the poultry/roast in between. Use the screws to secure the Rotisserie Forks in place. Ensure that the size of the poultry/roast leaves enough space in the Air Fryer Oven so that it can rotate.
