    3.6 Logging into the System In order to access many of the G4-304SD1a advanced functions, you will need to be logged in to the system. This is a security measure to ensure that access to sensitive functions and video data is restricted to authorised users.

It functions as a shortcut which allows the user to immediately access and view recorded video from the start of the current day (beginning 00:00:00H) till the current time of the day.

If there is no user input, then the on-screen playback controls will auto-hide after 15 seconds of inactivity.

Users can also select and export video clips of specific time periods to an external storage device (such as USB flash drive) for later viewing.
