STEP 4:

WHEEL ASSEMBLY
Place the four wheels (#5) onto the axles
and the four washers M16 (#19).
Secure each wheel (#5) by sliding the four
cotter pins (#20) into the hole at each end
of the axles. Bend back the ends of the
cotter pins with pliers to keep
them in place.

STEP 5:
HANDLE ASSEMBLY
Affix the handle cap (#7) to the handle

(#6). Affix the handle (#6) to the yoke
using hex bolt M12 x 65 (#12), lock nut
M12 (#15) and washer M12 (#18).
