Ensure that you have pressed and held

charged battery is correctly installed.
The UIM/SIM card might be incorrectly
inserted. Check the UIM/SIM card and
ensure it is correctly inserted.
Ensure your UIM/SIM card is valid.
Switch off the phone, reinsert the UIM/
SIM card, and then switch on the phone.
